Rebecca Bourke has over 15 years experience and qualifications in Counselling, Coaching and Family Dispute Resolution.
Rebecca has 2 children and is married to ex AFL Geelong Cats Captain Damian Bourke. Rebecca has specialised in sports mindset coaching with the Australian Institute of Sport, supporting her clients to achieve gold, silver and smash world records! Rebecca has lived this philosophy with her husband and children. Damian has climbed Mt Everest twice and has used Rebeccas mindset tools to help with his success and survival on that journey!
Rebeccas life purpose is to support people to find their own purpose and live their best life, whatever that might be! Less stress, more family harmony (even if you are separated) improved health, improved finances and more. "It's also really important to me personally to chill out with family and friends and have FUN!"
Rebecca's unusual life has given her rare insights into the what life can be the tougher side of living. Rebecca grew up in poverty and became very driven to never live that way again, Searching for a way to help others change that pattern also, Rebecca developed programs to help the long term unemployed across rural NSW.
Using the Mindset strategies Rebecca discovered while coaching our elite athletes, Rebecca implemented the coaching programs for long term - sometimes third generation unemployed people into sustainable and fulfilling employment across the central west in NSW with huge success. The ripple effects from this has been less bullying suffered by the children in these families, with more income to provide essentials and improved self worth from the participants, resulting in more harmonious community participation and family environments.
