Yes! Joint sessions can be really helpful and a great way to move forward on many topics. It could be you and your teen, you and your partner or you and a support person.
That's fine. While my office is based in a busy hub, and absolute discretion is observed at all times, if you're worried someone will see you coming in or out of my office, phone sessions can be made available for you.
